South West Sealants is a family run specialist sealant application business covering Cornwall. Started in 2010 and built on word of mouth by our happy customers. Since 2010 we have managed to grow our business through local developers and are now are a successful and trusted sealant application contractor with high aims for future growth.
All our work is carried out and completed in a professional manner with a high standard of finishing detail. We have 2 Pride In The Job Awards from NHBC for our work on Bakers Estates housing development in Callington.

The silicone sealant or mastic South West Sealants use is of high quality and sourced from reputable companies where products are tested and passed to British standards. If required these companies can also provide a guarantee for the work we complete using these sealant products under certain circumstances.
We also hold trade accounts in many retailers and merchants around Cornwall. So if you are trying to colour match against grout lines or if you would prefer a certain brand of sealant like Mapei or Soudal then we should have no problem in sourcing these products.
